Centers of Bright Hopes blocks for Africa Hope quilt

I have no progress to report since Wednesday. It was a busy weekend, what with watching one or both of my granddaughters on two occasions, attending Sacramento Modern Quilt Guild meeting and going to see Cirque du Soleil: Dralion.

I happen to be on vacation this week and today I just kicked back since I had nothing scheduled. I got caught up on bookkeeping, mostly. Tomorrow I am off to Pacifica for my yearly quilting retreat by the sea. I'll continue and hopefully finish my way through the book Quilters Playtime by Dianne S. Hire, which I've been working through for the past couple of years during my retreats.

I hope to post photos via Instagram or Flickr during my time in Pacifica. It rained in my area today, and I may see rain during my trip. But I'll have a good time, anyway.

What are you working on this week? Please let me know in a comment. I'd love to hear about it.

Debbie
