Cherries Jubilation quilt top finished
Close-up
Tonight I attached a narrow white border, which finished the quilt top for Cherries Jubilation. I'd like to get the piece quilted and bound by the end of the weekend.

Great border! Very clever!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mary. I don't remember how I came up with it but I really like it. The little cherry squares are purposely askew and not centered, giving the border a playful feel like the blocks.
DeleteThis is really wonderful. I also love that borrder!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Sandy. I'm glad there was enough of the cherry fabric left to use it in the border the way I did. I still have a couple of small strips and chunks left.

ReplyDeleteVery funky quilt. Love it.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Little Island Quilting. Yes, the quilt is quirky and fun. I like how it turned out.
DeleteGreat borders! It is a fun quilt to look at :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Renee.
