For several years I've gone on a personal quilting retreat by the Pacific Ocean, usually in October. This October I'll be in San Diego for my niece's wedding, and while I'm down there I'll visit my daughter for several days. So I'm doing my quilting retreat next week! I've shortened the trip from three days to two, but I'm still taking my sewing with me and plan to get a little quilting done while I watch and listen to the waves, just 50 feet from my window. Ah...so relaxing.
