I’m about half an hour from finishing Cristine’s Bosties for my housekeeper. I quit last night at 1:00 AM with about a dozen knots to tie. I’ll finish up tonight.
Yesterday at church I found a note on my purse from the lady who has the missing blocks for this quilt. She apologized profusely, saying she keeps forgetting to take the blocks with her on Sunday, she lost my phone number, and in general feels really badly about the situation. She left her phone number with me, and I’ll give her a call soon. Surprisingly, I’m not mad that the blocks were not returned. I waited as long as I could, then moved on and adapted.
What a story I’ll have to tell Cristine!
