WIP Wednesday 4/30/2014

I've had a tough time getting going on this quilt for co-worker Darlene A. There's no deadline on it, and deadlines are good motivators for me. I edited the fabrics a bit and finally managed to start cutting and sewing last night.

Fabrics for Darlene's quilt - all but the purple are from stash

Darlene seems to be into purple and the outdoors. Scrappy four patch units in autumn colors will be set against a purple background.

Nearly half of the four-patch units finished and on the design wall

I hope to get the quilt top done this weekend, and deliver the quilt about a week from now.
