After a quilting marathon in March, I took a brief quilting break. Now I'm starting a new quilt, for recently widowed co-worker Darlene A. She seems to like autumn colors. I shopped my stash and found quite a few fabrics that seem to fit the theme.

As far as design, I'm thinking of lots of 6" squares, quite scrappy, with four-patch blocks sprinkled here and there. The quilt shouldn't take long. I'll start this weekend.
